Mentoring has to be regular to work. We will meet every week for 12-weeks and each call will be up to 45-minutes to set clear actions and discuss your burning questions.

STEP 1

Planning Is The Critical First Step

The first thing we will do is get an overview of where you are right now and what projects and goals you are looking to achieve.

This can be a combination of both specific projects or focused goals that you’re looking to achieve such as increasing sales, generating leads of creating content.

We will then break this down into what you want to achieve over the next 12-weeks and set metrics, milestones and create an action plan.

Now that you are armed with your action plan for both the next 12-weeks and for the week ahead you can start taking definitive action.

This will help give you a strong sense of focus and clarity on what you need to achieve. 

Your actions are now clear, defined and specific – all the things you need to give you the best chance at actually doing them!

At the start of the next week, we will meet again, check your progress, metrics and review any barriers that you encountered.

  • Planning your day before it even begins gives you clarity of thought and mind limiting that “what do I feel like doing?” mentality.

It’s not always just about actions. We have enough time on every check-in call to not only talk about actions and metrics but to go through your business-related questions, ideas, thoughts and dreams for the future.

Review, Re-align and Refocus

Every week during our calls we will review your progress. We focus on your accomplishments, your barriers and simply put, what you did or didn’t get done.

We then adjust the plan accordingly.

Is a metric perhaps not where it needs to be? Then we set actions to put that on the path to correction.

Did you struggle with time management? Then we deploy some extra tools or techniques that suit your situation to get things under better control.

Importantly, we embrace failure and always analyse and put in a plan to learn and overcome next time.

Keeping Focused

  • It’s tempting to keep changing projects or goals throughout the 12-weeks. But we know that this is just another way of deflecting what you actually need to do.
  • We set aside a specific time every 4-weeks to make any major changes to your projects or metrics. This keeps you focused on the task in hand and reduce the temptation to stray to something shiny.
  • If there are certain habits or actions that will benefit from daily reporting then we can implement that at no extra cost to you via a method that suits you best.

The result is simple: 

Clear, specific goals, combined with external accountability and business advice gives you the steer and direction you need to become the best possible entrepreneur.

As you progress through each week you will find that those completed actions are soon mounting up.
